    Bobby Shmurda Rathers To Bleach And Be In Jamaica Than Go Back To Prison

    New York rapper, Bobby Shmurda is now out of prison after being locked up for six years and is already under heavy criticism due to a statement he made while being interviewed by GQ magazine, and talking to veteran artiste Meek Mill on the phone.

    According to the entertainer, he did not take his music seriously until he was behind bars and saw the high levels of fan mail he was getting, and what transformed him was when he saw a message from one of his youngest fans, a 6-year-old.

    Bobby stated that those moments of receiving fan mails always made him feel embarrassed when he realized how loyal his fans were to him.

    It was at that time the “Hot Nigga” artiste said that he would rather be in Jamaica as a light skin person than to go back to prison.

    The comment made by the now free entertainer sparked wildfire especially with Jamaican fans who regardless of Bobby saying what he did as a joke, took much offence.

    Since the former Billboard artiste, has Jamaican heritage, that would mean that he is well aware of the bleaching culture that is very much prevalent on the island since The King of Dancehall Vybz Kartel made it popular year’s ago.

    The short film with GQ magazine has also now been released and it features Shmurda talking about his experience in prison for the six years he spent after he was arrested on several serious charges.
