    Police Killed By Mad-Man In Linstead

    A Police Officer who works from the Linstead Police Station was killed this morning after he was reportedly brutally hit in the head, by a mentally ill man.

    According to the reports, the Officer who was out of uniform was taking a stroll on a sidewalk located in the vicinity of the Linstead Transportation Center when the incident unfolded.

    Even though the exact details surrounding the circumstances of the Officer’s death are not certain, it is said that the Police retaliated against the act by shooting the mentally ill man to death.

    The accused mentally ill man is said to have been known for violent attacks, launched on people in the well known St. Catherine town and was even the subject of a public appeal in the area, that concerned him being taken off the road which received no response from the Government.
